About the Project
Eager to draw in new hires and younger hires to the Insperity company, its recruiting team knew it needed to freshen up its look and feel across the digital realm – that included Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter sites. At the time, nothing showcased the company’s updated brand expression.
Working closely with project managers, the recruiting team and social media team, I brainstormed several banners that would be effective online. The ask was to focus on people (a companywide goal at Insperity), tie in a modern look and provide copy that spoke to the individual. I created several versions to hit their mark, explaining my thought process and the goals along the way. This was the selection that would ultimately run across all of recruiting’s social media.
